Hormone Balancing

  • In this part of the program we break down the menstrual cycle into pre-ovulation and post-ovulation, we help destigmatize periods and encourage you to live life through your menstrual cycle.
  • We also provide education on the proper nutrition for each phase of the cycle, proper care for the menstrual phase of the cycle, and recommend products and habits that can help enhance your period experience. 
  • During this segment of the program, we break down the difference between FAM and the rhythm method.
  • We encourage you to take an active role in your fertility, and educate you on the things you need to look for during various times in your cycle.
  • In this section, we teach you the fertility signs, how to track your ovulation, how to regulate your cycle, and we touch on how nutrition and lifestyle can impact your cycle. 
  • During this segment of the program, we are going to give you the tools to help reset your body’s hormones.
  • Through whole foods, teas, steams, and tinctures, we work to help support your liver, kidneys, gut health, and adrenals; this helps your body naturally filter out the excess hormones that could be in your system. 
  • Our philosophy is to meet you where you are at! We will analyze your current diet and make suggestions on what you can add to your diet to make it more balanced and nutritious.
  • This section includes education on hormone and cycle supporting foods and the best ways to maximize nutrient absorption.
  • We also work to reframe the deep seated beliefs many of us have about food, diet culture, detoxing, and more.
  • In this part of the program, we will discuss how our lifestyle impacts our menstrual cycle and the changes we can make to our lifestyle to improve our monthly cycle.
  • We expand on mindfulness, stress management, healthy movement, and more.

  • During this part of the program, we work together to rebalance your energy and unpack any womb traumas.
  • We will discuss things like your first period, generational traumas, and more to help you clear out stagnant energy that is no longer serving you. 

Conscious Conception

Energy Healing

  • In this session, we’ll explore the fundamentals of Reiki, the chakras, and how this energy healing practice can impact your healing journey.
  • In this session, we’ll conduct a full-body energy scan to identify potential blockages, followed by a personalized plan to help you clear and heal these areas.
  • This session focuses on the lower chakras, where emotional trauma and stagnant energy are often held.
  • Through targeted Reiki healing and shadow work, we’ll support the release of deeply stored emotions and help you continue your healing process beyond the session.
  • In this session, we’ll concentrate on the throat chakra, which governs communication, self-expression, and creativity.
  • By clearing energy blockages in this area, you’ll be empowered to express yourself more confidently. Shadow work prompts will be provided to help you continue this work on your own.
  • In the final session, we will focus on harmonizing the entire chakra system, bringing your body into full alignment.
  • You’ll also receive lifestyle and movement recommendations to help you maintain a balance.
